The map of the Pagosa Springs downtown area also encompasses neighborhoods South of Town off Hwy. 84 as well as neighborhoods on Hwy. 160 East. The downtown area has a variety of homes scattered throughout the downtown corridor. This section of town is experiencing a number of new townhome/commercial projects that is re-shaping the area. Neighborhoods to the East and South of town are primarily larger acreage from 1 - 35 acres. The South of town terrain is more high desert while the East offers National Forest and closer access to Wolf Creek pass.
